Part of RealLight's AW series, the R13D-1470nm is a versatile, high-power diode laser module built with efficient electro-optical conversion and rugged industrial packaging. It delivers continuous-wave (CW) fiber output up to 30W into a 200µm core or 50W into a 400µm core.

Designed for biophotonics research, medical OEM integration, and material analysis, the module comes fully loaded with a 650nm red aiming beam, a fiber-in-place detection switch, a photo detector (PD), an RT thermistor, and a replaceable protective window.
