Technical Specifications
The GS06 is available in two mainstream wavelength versions. All specifications are typical values tested at 25℃, and the final parameters shall be subject to the factory inspection report. Customization on the number of laser bars, bar spacing, wavelength and other parameters is available.
This laser provides the mainstream optional central wavelength of 796~808 nm. Each single laser bar delivers an output power of 200 W, and the module can be packaged with up to 9 laser bars to deliver a peak output power of 1800 W. The overall spectral width is no more than 5 nm, with a fast-axis divergence angle of 8° and slow-axis divergence angle of 12°, and the wavelength temperature drift coefficient is approximately 0.3 nm/°C. It achieves an electro-optical conversion efficiency of no less than 48% and a single-bar operating voltage of ≤ 2.1 V. Supporting pulsed operating mode, it reaches a maximum pulse width of 300 μs, maximum repetition frequency of 30 Hz and maximum duty cycle of 0.8%. The device boasts excellent environmental adaptability, with a standard operating temperature range of -40°C ~ 75°C and a storage temperature range of -45°C ~ 80°C.

GS06 conduction cooled diode laser array is a compact multi-wavelength product developed by RealLight for use at high temperatures of 60°C, with up to 9 bars, output power of 150-200W per bar, bar size of 5mm and optional single-wavelength output. This array is equipped with a FAC and a SAC. Other wavelengths and packaging forms can be customized.
