The WA-6 series water-cooled diode laser arrays are high peak power laser devices independently developed by Beijing Real-Light Technology Co., Ltd. Designed with four stacked arrays arranged in a straight line and supporting quasi-continuous laser output, the products feature compact packaging, hard-solder packaging technology, high power and high reliability. 1.Compact packaging structure
Adopting a linear layout of four stacked arrays with precise group spacing, the device boasts a small overall size and high space utilization. It can be easily embedded into various laser equipment and optical systems, greatly lowering the difficulty of overall machine integration, assembly and layout arrangement.
2.Hard-solder packaging for high durability
The mature industrial hard-solder packaging technology effectively improves the device’s resistance to aging and thermal shock, alleviates performance attenuation after long-hour operation, greatly extends service life, and guarantees round-the-clock stable equipment operation.
3.High peak power output
Single laser bar output power options are 100W and 250W, and the maximum peak power of the whole array reaches 3000W. With high power density and sufficient energy supply under quasi-continuous operation, it fully satisfies the demands of high-power laser pumping and optical experiments.
4.High reliability and wide compatibility
Equipped with an efficient water cooling system and mature optical path design, the module operates stably with excellent electro-optical conversion efficiency. It supports multiple customized specifications to flexibly match application scenarios with different wavelengths, laser bar configurations and installation methods.

Technical Specifications
All parameters below are typical values tested at 25°C ambient temperature. The final parameters of products shall be subject to factory test reports, and a full range of personalized customization services are available.
The standard central wavelength is 790~812 nm with a wavelength tolerance of ±3 nm, the spectral width (FWHM) is no more than 6 nm, and the wavelength temperature drift coefficient is approximately 0.3 nm/°C. It maintains stable beam divergence angles, with a typical fast-axis divergence angle of 40° and slow-axis divergence angle of 10°. The series consists of 6 groups of laser bar arrays with a group spacing of 0.5 mm, divided into two major power versions with single bar power of 100W and 250W, corresponding to maximum peak power of 1800W and 3000W respectively. The 100W version is equipped with 1~3 bars per group at a bar spacing of 0.43 mm, while the 250W version has 1~2 bars per group at a bar spacing of 0.55 mm. In terms of electrical performance, the overall electro-optical conversion efficiency is ≥50%, and the operating voltage of each single bar is ≤2.1 V. For 100W bars, the threshold current is ≤20 A and the operating current is 120 A; for 250W bars, the threshold current is ≤30 A and the operating current is 220 A. The device works in quasi-continuous mode with a maximum duty cycle of ≤3%, a maximum pulse width of 300 μs, and a maximum repetition frequency of no higher than 100 Hz. For heat dissipation and environmental adaptability, the product adopts water cooling with a required water flow rate of no less than 5 L/min and a water supply pressure of ≤0.5 MPa. The normal operating temperature ranges from 10°C to 40°C, and the storage temperature ranges from -20°C to 60°C.
