The GS07 series is a dedicated array specifically designed by RealLight through in-depth research and optimization to meet the pump requirements of solid-state lasers. It adopts a conduction cooling architecture and hard solder packaging, which meets the stable operation requirements of solid-state lasers under high temperatures (above 70℃). It not only significantly simplifies the system structure but also better adapts to the continuous and quasi-continuous pump operation requirements under various harsh conditions. The single bar output power reaches 150-200W, and up to 15 bars can be integrated. The peak power density and energy conversion efficiency are simultaneously improved, allowing for more efficient pumping and more stable gain.

 

The core pain points of pump applications mainly manifest as low heat dissipation efficiency of the pump, poor wavelength matching, and a series of long-term reliability issues. Traditional water-cooled pump modules have always been unable to completely solve the problems of large size and high failure rate in scenarios such as vehicle-mounted, airborne, and field detection. The GS07 series adopts a unique conductive direct connection heat dissipation design. The low thermal resistance structure of the GS07 series can quickly discharge the working heat, without the need for a traditional water-cooling system to remove heat from the equipment through a circulating water cooling method. Consequently, it can significantly reduce the volume and weight of the system, thereby providing reliable technical support for the further miniaturization and lightweighting of the equipment. The support for multi-wavelength combinations such as 796/802/806nm, especially the precise matching of Nd:YAG and Yb:YAG laser crystals, has greatly improved the absorption efficiency of the pump, effectively reducing the thermal loss of the entire system, and making the overall light output purer and the beam quality better.

 

The hard soldering packaging process is the key guarantee for the reliability of the GS07 series. By perfectly combining the reinforced bars for soldering with the heat sink, it not only effectively enhances the bonding strength between it and the pump source, but also can maintain the relative stability of power and wavelength in harsh environments such as high-temperature cycles, high humidity, and heavy dust, thereby effectively extending the service life of the pump source.
