MCA-R Series 2ns Microchip Laser 1064nm

Introduction to RealLight MCA-R Series 2 ns Microchip Lasers
The MCA-R Series 2 ns microchip lasers are RealSubns® diode-pumped passively Q-switched solid-state lasers independently developed by RealLight. Featuring compact size, high stability and excellent environmental adaptability, they serve as high-quality pulsed laser sources for industrial and scientific research applications, ideal for LiDAR, laser ranging, atmospheric monitoring, Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) and other scenarios.
Adopting an integrated structure of pump module and laser crystal, the laser head measures only 45×33×120 mm. Equipped with a dedicated miniaturized OEM circuit board, the product boasts a compact overall footprint with power consumption below 45 W, enabling easy installation and integration. Built with a fully sealed structure, it operates reliably under harsh conditions such as high altitude and extreme temperature differences. Its operating temperature ranges from 15 ℃ to 35 ℃, and storage temperature from 0 ℃ to 60 ℃.
In terms of core optical performance, the standard wavelengths are 1064 nm and 532 nm, and dual-wavelength configurations including 1064 nm & 532 nm, 1064 nm & 355 nm are available on request. It delivers a stable pulse width of 2000~2500 ps (2~2.5 ns), with maximum pulse energy up to 180 μJ and a maximum repetition rate of 2.5 kHz. The laser outputs a standard TEM00 beam with superior beam quality and well-controlled full-angle divergence. Its polarization ratio exceeds 100:1, and the power stability is better than 3% over 8 hours. An external beam expander can be optionally installed to further reduce beam divergence.
Powered by 12 V DC input, the laser is fitted with dual control interfaces of RS232 and USB for compatibility with various control systems. Thanks to its outstanding overall performance, it is widely applied in LiDAR, laser ranging, atmospheric monitoring, LIBS and other fields. Customized functions are also available to meet diverse application requirements.

MCA series microchip lasers are RealLight’s self-developed, passively Q-switched diode-pumped solid-state lasers. The integrated design of diode-pumped module and laser crystal brings convenience to installation and integration due to the compact size. This series of lasers offers miniaturized drive boards specially for meteorological radar application, featuring small size, low power consumption, and can be used in high altitude, large temperature difference and other harsh environment. Custom dual wavelength laser solutions are available for MCA series, such as 1064nm&532nm, 1064nm&355nm or others.
