The 15000W water-cooled QCW diode side-pump module is a high-power laser pump product developed by Beijing Real-Light Technology Co., Ltd. Taking the self-developed WA series water-cooled diode laser linear arrays as core components, it realizes high peak power pumping and high-gain laser output while effectively suppressing Amplified Spontaneous Emission (ASE). With superior beam quality, compact structure and low thermal effect, it serves as a mainstream matched pump source for solid-state laser manufacturing and is widely applied in industrial processing, biomedicine, scientific research and other industries.

Technical Specifications
This product is available in two power versions: 12000W and 15000W. All parameters are typical values tested at 25°C room temperature. Final specifications shall be subject to factory test reports, and customized services such as crystal rod wedge angle adjustment are available.
The standard pump wavelength is 808±3 nm with spectral width no more than 5 nm. The peak pump power of the two models is 12000W and 15000W respectively. Both adopt Nd:YAG laser crystals sized Φ7×105 mm and Φ8×105 mm correspondingly, each equipped with 60 laser bars. Electrically, both modules operate in quasi-continuous wave (QCW) mode with operating voltage below 120 V; their operating current is less than 200 A and 250 A separately. The maximum duty cycle is ≤1.5%, the maximum pulse width is 300 μs, and the maximum repetition frequency reaches 50 Hz. In terms of heat dissipation and environmental requirements, the module adopts water cooling with distilled water as the recommended coolant. The standard water flow rate is 10~15 L/min and the water supply pressure is less than 0.5 MPa. The operating ambient temperature ranges from 10°C to 35°C, and the storage temperature ranges from -10°C to 50°C.
