The AWSO-A series is a compact single-mode fiber-coupled diode laser module independently developed by RealLight, designed for high-precision micro-spectroscopy and bio-optical analytical instruments. Integrated with an all-in-one laser driver and closed-loop TEC thermostatic control circuit, it delivers superior beam quality and long-term power stability. The miniaturized low-power unit is equipped with PH2.0 hardware port and USB dual control interfaces, while fiber outlets support universal FC/PC and SMA905 connectors. Five standard visible wavelengths (405/450/520/638/650 nm) are available. Its single-mode Gaussian beam fits high-precision testing equipment such as confocal microscopes, flow cytometers and laser particle analyzers. Custom higher power grades, upper computer programs and optical path designs are supported, making it the preferred built-in excitation source for scientific research and miniature precision analytical instruments.
