Different from miniature bare laser modules, it is a complete factory-calibrated all-in-one unit integrating laser driver, closed-loop TEC thermostatic cooling, power supply, main control board and safety interlock. Equipped with dedicated upper computer monitoring software, it supports real-time equipment status reading and online firmware upgrade. A physical emergency stop switch is built in for safety protection. Standard available visible wavelengths cover 405 / 450 / 520 / 638 / 650 nm, delivering high-quality single-mode Gaussian beam. It is widely adopted for high-precision fluorescence detection, microscopic imaging, material scientific research and miniature precision laser processing.
