1. Product Overview
The AWM Series is an all-in-one desktop multi-wavelength diode laser system launched by RealLight under the RealStable product line. It integrates an industrial touch control main unit, multi-emitter diode laser modules, dedicated drive circuits and a high-efficiency air cooling system. Fully calibrated at the factory, the system is ready to use right out of the box.
It supports simultaneous output of up to four combined wavelengths through a single fiber, with a maximum total power of 30 W. Equipped with a 7-inch capacitive touch screen, a physical emergency stop button and a safety enable interlock switch, it features upgradable built-in control firmware. Matching PC monitoring software enables real-time reading of operating parameters and fault status. Customization services for fiber optical paths and wavelength-power schemes are available. Widely applied in biomedicine, spectroscopic detection, material analysis, laser processing and machine vision lighting, it is suitable for laboratory desktop equipment, standardized medical laser instruments and light sources for automated production lines.

2.1. All-in-one desktop unit, ready for use without external power supply
Different from discrete bare laser modules, the AWM is a complete desktop system with built-in power supply, drive circuit, cooling system and touch control unit. It runs on universal 100~240 V AC mains power, eliminating the need for extra power and control circuit construction and shortening equipment R&D cycles. With a compact dimension of 255.2×166.4×279.3 mm, it stands stably on desktops and is easy to place in laboratories, clinical treatment stations and production lines.
2.2. Visual operation via 7-inch capacitive touch screen with independent adjustable functions
Fitted with an industrial-grade 7-inch capacitive touch screen, the intuitive visual interface allows users to set the output power, pulse width and irradiation duration of each channel independently. Parameters for each wavelength channel can be edited separately, and synchronous multi-channel output in continuous wave (CW) and quasi-continuous wave (QCW) modes is supported. Simple operation enables independent configuration of experimental and therapeutic parameters without a host computer.
2.3. Multi-layer safety protection with dual emergency stop & enable interlock switches
A physical emergency stop button and safety enable interlock are installed on the chassis to cut off laser output instantly in case of misoperation or unexpected abnormal conditions. The system is embedded with multi-protection mechanisms against overcurrent, overtemperature and overvoltage, delivering stable long-term continuous operation and complying with safety specifications for medical devices and scientific research instruments.
2.4. Up to four wavelengths combined into one fiber with maximum total power of 30 W
Nineteen standard wavelengths are available for arbitrary combinations: 450/635/650/675/695/755/785/808/830/880/915/940/980/1064/1320/1470/1550/1720/1940 nm. The maximum output power of a single wavelength is 10 W, and the upper limit of combined power for four wavelengths reaches 30 W. Light is delivered through a standard 400 μm fiber with a uniform multi-wavelength spot free of energy hotspots, delivering outstanding performance for composite phototherapy and multi-spectral excitation.
2.5. Upgradable built-in firmware & host computer monitoring system
The onboard control program supports lossless online upgrade. The supporting PC control software enables remote real-time monitoring of temperature, output power, operating duration and fault alarms, with experimental record export function. It is compatible with automated experimental platforms and long-term online monitoring equipment.
2.6. High-efficiency air cooling for stable operation under wide temperature and humidity conditions
The integrated air cooling system eliminates the requirement for water cooling. Operating temperature ranges from 10 ℃ to 30 ℃; storage temperature ranges from 0 ℃ to 60 ℃ with storage relative humidity of 0~80% RH. No optical power attenuation occurs during long-term operation in standard laboratories, clinics and workshops.

3.1. Biomedicine (Dentistry & Rehabilitation Physiotherapy)
Composite phototherapy combining 450 nm whitening blue light and multiple infrared bands. Matched with RL-HP series dental and physiotherapy fiber handpieces, it realizes all-in-one treatments including teeth whitening, root canal debridement, joint anti-inflammation and ENT mucosal repair. Independent parameter adjustment via the touch screen simplifies clinical operation in clinics.
3.2. Multi-Channel Spectroscopy & Fluorescence Research Equipment
