1. Product Overview
The AWMO-C/D Series is a high-power multi-wavelength diode laser module independently developed by RealLight under the RealStable® product line. It integrates self-developed multi-emitter diode laser arrays and an integrated driving circuit, supporting beam combination of up to 4 wavelengths into a single fiber for simultaneous output. Two power grades are available: Model C with a maximum total power of 15 W and Model D with a maximum total power of 30 W.
Equipped with standardized input and output interfaces, the compact unit can be easily embedded into complete equipment and supports both continuous wave (CW) and quasi-continuous wave (QCW) operation modes. It delivers stable output power, efficient heat dissipation and uniform spot after multi-wavelength beam combination. Customization services cover wavelength combinations, optical paths, control boards and shell-less stacked assemblies; customized fiber optical path design support is also available. It is widely applied to equipment for biomedicine, spectroscopic detection, material processing, display lighting and laser manufacturing.
2. Core Product Advantages
2.1. Up to 4 wavelengths combined into one fiber, maximum total power up to 30 W
Users can freely select any combination from 19 available wavelengths: 450 / 635 / 650 / 675 / 695 / 755 / 785 / 808 / 830 / 880 / 915 / 940 / 980 / 1064 / 1320 / 1470 / 1550 / 1720 / 1940 nm. Multiple laser beams are coupled into one 400 μm fiber for synchronous emission. The peak total power of AWMO-C is ≤15 W, while AWMO-D can reach up to 30 W, with a maximum single-wavelength output power of 10 W. It meets high-energy requirements such as simultaneous multi-spectral excitation, composite phototherapy and multi-band material processing.
2.2. Efficient air cooling for stable long-term power output
An optimized air duct and large-area heat dissipation substrate are built in. The air-cooled design eliminates the need for auxiliary water cooling and simplifies peripheral matching of the complete equipment. The equalizing driving circuit for multiple emitters ensures minor power fluctuation during long continuous operation. The spectral linewidth is less than 6 nm with wavelength tolerance of ±10 nm. No obvious energy attenuation occurs after multi-wavelength beam combination, enabling excellent repeatability of data for long-term experiments and industrial processing.
2.3. Homogenized coaxial optical path for uniform spot without hotspots
Precise beam combining and coupling are adopted for multiple laser beams. The standard output fiber features a 400 μm core and NA of 0.22, delivering evenly distributed energy on the light-emitting surface without local energy spikes. It is suitable for composite dental phototherapy, multi-band rehabilitation physiotherapy and multi-spectral fluorescence detection, avoiding local tissue burns and spectral baseline distortion.
2.4. Dual modulation control compatible with automated equipment
0~5 V analog voltage enables stepless adjustment of output power, paired with TTL 5 V duty-cycle pulse modulation. The light emission frequency ranges from 0 to 10 kHz and pulse width is continuously adjustable from 0.05 to 300 ms. Supporting CW and QCW operation modes, it can be connected to timing generators, upper computers and automated production lines for synchronous triggering.
2.5. Standard plug-and-play design with full-range customization support
A universal pluggable SMA905 fiber interface is adopted. The standard 100 cm output fiber can be modified in length and core diameter as required. The compact miniaturized unit is powered by a single 12 VDC / 100 W power supply. Secondary development is supported for shell-less bare stacked modules, control circuit boards, fiber optical paths and exclusive wavelength-power schemes, enabling manufacturers to complete equipment integration rapidly.
2.6. Wide temperature and humidity adaptability for various working conditions
The standard operating temperature ranges from 10 ℃ to 30 ℃; storage temperature ranges from 0 ℃ to 60 ℃ with storage relative humidity of 0~80% RH. No constant-temperature cabinet is required for conventional environments such as laboratories, workshops and clinics, and performance will not degrade after long-term operation.
3. Main Application Scenarios
3.1. Biomedicine (Dentistry & Rehabilitation Physiotherapy)
Multi-wavelength composite phototherapy integrates 450 nm whitening blue light and 650 / 808 / 980 nm infrared light for anti-inflammation and analgesia. Matched with RL-HP-03 dental handpieces and RL-HP-02 physiotherapy handpieces, it realizes all-in-one treatments including teeth whitening, root canal debridement, joint and muscle anti-inflammation, as well as ENT mucosal repair.
3.2. Spectroscopy and Fluorescence Detection Equipment
Simultaneous multi-band fluorescence excitation and multi-wavelength material spectral scanning for flow cytometry, confocal microscopes and multi-channel fluorescence analyzers. Characteristic spectra of samples across multiple bands can be collected in a single measurement to improve detection efficiency.
3.3. Material Analysis and Laser Processing
Multi-band synchronous irradiation, resin curing, micro-surface modification and miniature precision laser processing, suitable for new material laboratories and small automated production lines.
3.4. Multi-Band Light Sources for Display Lighting and Machine Vision
Synchronous multi-wavelength supplementary lighting for industrial visual inspection and biological microscopic imaging. A single module can replace multiple single-wavelength light sources to simplify equipment structure.
