Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy
2025-10-13
Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS) is an advanced atomic emission spectroscopy technique. Using a high-energy pulsed laser as the light source, it excites samples to form plasma, and realizes rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of material composition by analyzing spectra. It requires almost no sample preparation, enables real-time detection, detects multiple elements simultaneously, causes little sample damage, allows remote detection, and is widely used in various fields.
