The 2400W conduction-cooled quasi-continuous diode side-pump module is a high-power laser pump product launched by Beijing Real-Light Technology Co., Ltd. Centered on self-developed PA-1 series polygonal conduction-cooled arrays and heat sink welded laser crystals as core components, it adopts a water-free conduction cooling design without complicated water cooling auxiliary equipment. Capable of adapting to all kinds of harsh operating environments while realizing miniaturized high peak power pumping, it delivers outstanding beam quality, low thermal effect and high operational stability, serving as a core supporting light source for solid-state lasers under special operating conditions such as airborne and vehicle-mounted scenarios.

Technical Specifications
This product is available in two power ratings: 1800W and 2400W. All parameters are typical values measured at 60°C. The final specifications shall be subject to factory test reports. Customization of crystal rod wedge angle, temperature-controlled wavelength, laser bars with different power ratings and other items is supported.
The standard pump wavelength is 808±3 nm with spectral width no more than 5 nm. The peak pump power of the two models is 1800W and 2400W respectively. Both adopt Nd:YAG laser crystals equipped with 2 crystal rods sized Φ4×20 mm and Φ5×20 mm correspondingly, matched with 18 and 24 laser bars respectively. Electrically, the operating current of both models is less than 110 A, while their operating voltage is below 36 V and 48 V separately. Working in quasi-continuous wave (QCW) mode, the maximum duty cycle is ≤0.6%, the maximum pulse width is 300 μs, and the maximum repetition frequency is no higher than 20 Hz. In terms of environmental resistance, the normal operating temperature range is -40°C ~ 65°C, and the storage temperature range reaches -45°C ~ 80°C, allowing long-term storage and operation under extreme temperature environments.
