RealLight’s self-developed microchip lasers are passively Q-switched diode-pumped lasers, including sub-nanosecond microchip lasers,Er:glass eye-safe lasers,diode stack pumped lasers and high repetition rate SLM microchip lasers. RealLight provides these microchip lasers at 1535nm, 1064nm, 1030nm, 946nm, 532nm, 515nm, 473nm, 355nm, 343nm, 266nm, 257nm and 213nm output wavelengths, with repetition rates from 1Hz to 100kHz and pulse width from 300ps to 5ns. The laser diode packaging technology and integrated design of diode-pumped module and laser crystal bring convenience to installation and integration due to the compact size. These lasers support internal/external triggering and can be equipped with miniaturized OEM drive boards, are ideally suited for eye-safe ranging, atmospheric monitoring, underwater imaging, Raman spectroscopy, material analysis,photoacoustic imaging, micro-machining, pumping, etc.

RealLight's diode laser stacks utilize the high reliable AuSn solder technology and low thermal resistance package,providing large duty cycle and high peak power output under different modes of operation.Multi-wavelength output, wide temperature operation and FAC collimation are available upon request. 792nm~818nm and 940nm~960nm output wavelengths are customizable for all product lines.These diode laser stacks are preferred for applications include pumping, material processing, laser illumination, aesthetic treatment scientific research, etc.

The NL series narrow linewidth diode lasers are RealLight’s self-developed wavelength-stabilized lasers, utilizing wavelength-locking technique with volume Bragging gratings (VBG) which forces the center wavelength tolerance to be ±0.5nm and the optical bandwidth to be less than 0.1nm.In addition to provide narrow spectral bandwidth, these lasers also deliver high output power and excellent stability at 532nm, 638nm, 784nm, 785nm, 808nm, 830nm, 976nm or 1064nm output wavelengths, with power ranging from 100mW to 1.2W. User-friendly solutions like 14-pin butterfly package with fiber pigtail, 14-pin butterfly package with collimated open beam, integrated OEM module or turn-key system are available for these spectrum stabilized lasers. The NL series lasers are ideal light sources for a large variety of applications, including Raman spectroscopy, biomedicine, laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) and pumping.

RealLight’s AW series multi-function diode lasers provide single-wavelength or multi-wavelength versions with fiber pigtailed output and detachable output. These lasers are equipped with TE cooler, photodiode,thermistor, aiming beam, and fiber detector. The high power configuration provides replacable window.The AW series delivers output wavelengths at 1064nm, 980nm,976nm, 940nm, 915nm, 808nm, 650nm, 638nm, 520nm, 450nm, 405nm, and powers range from 10mW to 45W, are suitable for applications like laser therapy, dentistry, veterinary medicine, PCB manufacturing, aiming beam, pumping,laser processing, etc. Package options include fiber array and fiber bundle are available to address special needs.
